Personalized Creative
Personalized Creative was a reactive fan engagement strategy designed to build rapport with the OneDrive community by keeping conversations alive. Using text posts that prompted user actions, we created opportunities to engage directly with our audience. This included producing graphics such as personality pieces based on profile details, custom X headers, PC wallpapers, or simple congratulatory visuals for user accomplishments. We worked closely with the community team to quickly respond to small wins shared by users and delivered personalized graphics using templates for efficient turnaround.
